Changes to fabrics to improve our environmental impact
Recycled polyester yarn is used for the hat lining. Using recycled polyester helps avoid the use of petroleum-based resources.The black lining is dyed using a dope dye process. Pigments are added to the yarn during the manufacturing process. This reduces the environmental impact on water (consumption and pollution), and there are environmentally-friendly dyes.
